Return Policy

RETURN POLICTY
You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons: 
  • You received a damaged item from the courier (Not including damages caused by courier/postal)
  • The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows: 
  • It is within fourteen (3) days from the delivery date
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
  • The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, the product is automatically non-returnable.
Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. 

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please return the item, and get in touch with us at sales@eheartcharms.com by putting the title 'RETURN' as the SUBJECT of the email.
Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju to monitor your shipment to us. 
We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items.
If your return is valid, we will process your replacement.  You are only entitled to exchange the product with the same item, or any item with similar value. No refund is available.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
